We want you to be happy with our devices, so pedal orders made through can be returned to us within 14 days after delivery for a full refund.

If you are unhappy with the device ordered, please email us first, and as soon as possible within the 14 days, at to start the return process and to receive a full refund.

As part of this email, please include the receipt of purchase you received from our webshop upon buying the item. We require this to process the return and refund. 

Any item returned must be in its original working condition, and show no signs of use. Original packaging must be used.

Once the returned pedal is received by Other Space Electronics, we’ll give it a go over to ensure it meets the expected standards of a returned item. We’ll keep you updated via email on the return status, and if accepted, that the refund is being processed. 

Refund does not include the original shipping costs, duties or taxes paid on import. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be made to the method of payment you originally used to purchase the item on our webshop.

In the event that you think you received a defective product, please get in touch with us right away at to return and/or replace the item. If this turns out to be the case, we will refund the cost of return shipping. For more information please also see our Warranty & Repairs page.
